Adult Classes at West Wickham Self Defence

Starting something new such as walking into a martial arts class for the first time can seem daunting to newcomers. That’s why from your first visit we aim to make the whole experience as enjoyable and stress-free as possible.

All of our students develop at their own pace. It is all about your natural ability, commitment and enthusiasm. We encourage our to develop at a pace that suits them, without undue pressure from instructors or other students.

By becoming a member of West Wickham Self Defence you will be enable to focus on achieving your goals, whether that is losing weight, improving your fitness, increasing confidence levels, meeting new friends or achieving a black belt.

Our qualified martial arts instructors are at least 1st degree black belts, and all of them have improved their own quality of life by practising at West Wickham Self Defence – that is why they have the desire to pass these skills onto others.

We cater for a range of age groups. You can come as a family to one of our Family Classes, or you can train as an individual in one of our Adult or Teenage classes.
